born on or between 01/09/95 - 31/08/97

U15

born on or between 01/09/93 - 31/08/95

U17

born on or between 01/09/91 - 31/08/93

U20

born on or between 01/01/89 - 31/08/91

U23

born on or between 01/01/86 - 31/12/88

Masters

men become masters on their 35th birthday
women become masters on their 35th birthday
(both move up an age band every 5 years thereafter)
N.B. currently some races still class masters for men age 40. Please check with race organiser
